Email us within 14 days of delivery
Send a note to support@embsupplyco.com with your order number and the reason (if you have one — you don't have to).

We'll reply with a return slip
We email you a return slip and the studio address. We don't use prepaid returns — you cover the return shipping.

Send the kit back, tracked
Use a tracked service. Put the slip inside the box. Keep the tracking number until we confirm receipt.

We refund within 14 days of receiving the kit
Refund goes back to the original card or PayPal account. We refund the kit price plus the basic outbound shipping.
What you can return
- Sealed, unopened kits.
- Opened kits where the materials have not been cut, stitched or used.
- Anything that arrived damaged (free replacement — photographs needed).
What can't be returned
- Opened packs of needles or pins (hygiene and safety).
- Fabric, thread or felt that has been cut or stitched.
- Personalised items (made to your specification).
